About Us Premium Woods LLC founded in 1999 is a commercial cabinet and countertop shop serving the Lincoln and Omaha area. We have earned a reputation for accurate on-time deliveries through years of exceptional customer service. We believe in investing in our people and equipment. We have a great product and an outstanding process. We need you to join our team because people are the most essential part.

Job Summary We're seeking a detail-oriented Cabinetry Detail Coordinator to ensure accuracy of projects running through our shop. You'll handle material takeoffs, data entry, work order creation, and quality checks to prevent errors and optimize material use. If you're meticulous and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use Microvellum software (a cabinet design and engineering tool) to develop accurate material lists and takeoffs from project drawings.
  • Enter and manage data in Innergy software (our ERP system for production and inventory).
  • Engineer and issue shop-floor work orders, including files for CNC equipment.
  • Perform thorough quality checks on hardware specifications, material types, shapes, sizes, colors, cabinets, walls, and countertops to catch mistakes before production begins—ensuring no waste or errors.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in cabinetry, millwork, or a related manufacturing/construction field (preferred).
  • Proficiency with design/engineering software like Microvellum; experience with ERP systems (e.g., Innergy) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CNC operations and shop-floor processes.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field is advantageous.

What We Offer In addition to competitive pay and benefits, you'll work in a supportive environment with opportunities for growth, modern equipment, and a team focused on quality and efficiency.
